With due respect and humble submission we beg to state that we are the students of all classes of your
school/college. Our annual exam is over. We are now waiting for our
annual exam results. In this spare time, we are eager to go on a study tour
to enhance our practical knowledge without bookish knowledge. This year, we are
willing to go on a study tour to the Island of Saint Martin. We have heard
the name of Saint Martin Island many times but we have never actually got the
chance to visit Saint Martin Island. So, with your permission, we will
start organizing a study tour to Saint Martin Island. Although Saint
Martin Island is far away, most of our students want to visit Saint Martin
Island. They will pay the necessary amount for a study tour to the Island
of Saint Martin. As a result, money is not a problem. But even if
we don’t get your permission, our wishes have no value. Actually, you
are the guardian of our educational institution. The result of any work
without the permission of the guardian is never good. So, we are now just
waiting for your permission.
We, therefore, pray
and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our request permitting us to go
on a study tour to Saint Martin.

অনুমতি পেলে আমরা সেন্ট মার্টিন দ্বীপে শিক্ষা সফরের আয়োজন শুরু করব। যদিও
সেন্ট মার্টিন দ্বীপ অনেক দূরে, তারপরেও আমাদের অধিকাংশ ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা সেন্ট
মার্টিন দ্বীপে যেতে চায়। তারা সেন্ট মার্টিন দ্বীপে শিক্ষা সফরের জন্য
প্রয়োজনীয় অর্থ প্রদান করবে। ফলে অর্থের কোনো সমস্যা না। কিন্তু আমরা
আপনার অনুমতি না পেলে, আমাদের ইচ্ছার কোনো মূল্য নেই। আসলে আপনি আমাদের
শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অভিভাবক।অভিভাবকের অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কাজের ফল কখনোই
ভালো হয় না। তাই আমরা এখন শুধু আপনার অনুমতির জন্য অপেক্ষা করছি।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা
করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের সেন্ট মার্টিনে শিক্ষা সফরে যাওয়ার অনুমতি
দেওয়ার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন।
